What GTIX does—and does not—provide

GTIX can be used for supported shop transactions while the service and inventory are available. Paying for GTIX or receiving it for a wearable does not give you ownership in the shop, income rights, a guaranteed exchange rate, or a right to withdraw money. Any displayed purchase price is the cost of acquiring shop credit; it is not a cash redemption value, market valuation, or promise of future value. We do not promise a market, liquidity, ongoing availability, or that another person will accept GTIX.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site, in Decentraland, or in an offer from Goldy is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Descriptions and offers are for entertainment and shop transactions. Make your own decisions about whether to spend or trade, and obtain independent advice when you need it.

Review each trade

Only trade assets you own or are authorized to use. Check the wearable, wallet, network, amount, and permissions before approving any wallet request. A wearable permission is not a completed sale. A confirmed sale transfers your wearable to the shop in exchange for the displayed GTIX amount. A purchase transfers payment in exchange for the stated item or GTIX. Do not rely on a loading screen or an approval receipt as proof of final delivery.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Network fees may be charged even if a transaction fails. Conversion quotes, slippage, approvals, and gas costs may vary; review the applicable checkout and wallet request. Sponsorship is subject to availability and spending limits. These terms do not create a general right to refunds or cash redemption; any rights required by law remain intact.

Use at your own risk

Risks include lost or stolen wallet access, malicious approvals, smart-contract defects, third-party attacks, outages, incorrect data, failed transactions, changing fees, and loss of tokens, wearables, or payments. We cannot recover your seed phrase or guarantee recovery of assets. Never share private keys or recovery phrases with the shop or anyone claiming to represent it.

No warranties; limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service, tokens, offers, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, security, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or future value. To that same extent, GoldTicket Pawn Shop and its operators accept no liability for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including lost tokens, wearables, payments, profits, data, or indirect or consequential losses.

This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not excuse fraud or other conduct for which applicable law prohibits a waiver. A checkbox or disclaimer does not override mandatory law.

Availability and changes

Offers may expire, inventory may change, and access or sponsorship may be paused. Review the current terms before a new trade. Material changes will be identified by an updated version and effective date on this page. Revised terms apply prospectively and do not rewrite completed trades or remove existing legal rights.

Privacy

Information used by the service

The checkout uses your public wallet address, selected network, wearable collection and token identifiers, public balances and ownership information, offers, request identifiers, transaction hashes, signatures you authorize, and transaction status. The service keeps trade and relay records to submit transactions, display receipts, recover pending requests, prevent duplicate submissions, and manage sponsorship limits. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, and error logs when you access the service.

Wallets and browser storage

The site requests wallet access and transaction authorization through your chosen wallet provider. Your wallet manages your keys; the checkout does not ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Browser storage is used for wallet connection preferences and checkout recovery identifiers. Wallet software may maintain its own connection state under its own privacy terms. Disconnecting or clearing browser storage does not delete completed blockchain transactions or server-side receipts.

Service providers and public blockchains

Information is processed by infrastructure used to provide the service, including Google Firebase hosting and databases, Polygon RPC and blockchain services, Decentraland wearable and image services, and your selected wallet provider. Payment conversion may involve LI.FI or another third-party quote or routing provider. Google Fonts serves typography used by the site. These providers may have their own privacy practices. We may disclose relevant records when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, or resolve a transaction dispute.

Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public and can be linked to activity elsewhere. A pseudonymous address is not anonymous. Blockchain records cannot be edited or deleted by us. Links to block explorers and other sites lead to services with their own policies.

Retention and your choices

Operational and transaction records may remain for recovery, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. You can decline a wallet connection, reject a transaction, disconnect your wallet, or clear this site's browser storage. You may request information about off-chain records, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights; requests may require proof of control of the relevant wallet, never its private key. Records required by law or necessary to resolve ongoing transactions may need to be retained.

Operator and privacy requests

This service is operated by Sovereign Utilities LLC dba GoldTicket Pawn Shop. For support or privacy requests, email support@sovereignutilities.com. Include your public wallet address and relevant transaction hash when needed to identify a trade. Never send private keys or recovery phrases.
